Q 1- Are the products offered online different from those available in Gul Ahmed’s stores?
A 1- No, they are same, but all styles may not be offered online. If you have seen an item in one of our stores but cannot find it at gulahmedshop.com, please write to Customer Service.

Q 2- Are the prices offered online same as at GulAhmed's stores?
A 2- Yes, our pricing is consistent, unless there is any Special Offer either at stores or online. Any
online Special Offer can only be availed by buying and paying online and vice versa. Please feel free to write to Customer Service, if you have any questions.

Q 3- How an Item will be packed?
A 3- Depending on the item(s) you are ordering, it will be packed in a GulAhmed’s cloth bag and/or box and wrapped in special Courier packaging.
Q 4- What modes of payment do Gulahmedshop.com accept?
A 4- Gulahmedshop.com only accepts payments through Credit Card (Visa/Master).
Q 5- What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?
A 5- As soon as you place an order we will send an email confirming that your order has been received (your order number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.

Q 6- What is the delivery time?
A 6- Depending on the availability of stock and quantities ordered, please allow 5-15 days for deliveries within Pakistan. For international orders, customers must provide up to 3 weeks in case of courier. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within specified time, Gulahmed will inform the customer at earliest.

Q 7 - What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
A 7 - Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Q 8 - How do I track my order?
A 8 - As soon as you place an order we will send you an email that confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours. You can check status of your order by clicking on "Track Order" link and entering your order #. The current status of your order will be displayed on the screen.

Q 9 - What if I have forgotten my order #?
A 9 - In case if you have forgotten your order #, please send an email to Customer Service including your full name, address, email address, customer id and order placing date or you can even track your orders by providing date range.

Q 10 - What is my customer id?
A 10 - Once you have registered and placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmatory email including your order # and customer id. You can use this id for any changes required in your personal info submitted during registration.

A 12 - Our site looks best at a screen size of 1024 x 768 pixels. And though you will get the best results from our site when your monitor is set at millions of colors, all images, except photographs, are optimized for 256 colors. It is also a good idea to make sure your display font is set to a small-sized font when viewing our site.
Q 13 - Why is it taking so long to download pages from your site?
A 13 -For optimum speed, it is best to access our site with a 28.8kps modem or better. Our pages are designed to transfer as quickly as possible over such a connection.
Q 14 - Are the colors shown on your site appearing accurately on my screen?
A 14 - We try our best to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. You will be able to best view our site when your monitor is set at millions of colors, although all images, except for photographs, are optimized for 256 colors.
