All items can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Simply fill out the Complaint/Inquiry form form within 3 days of delivery to start the exchange process.
Your product(s) ordered online can be exchanged at any "GulAhmed Exclusive" or "Ideas" retail store. Please ensure that the product tag/label is intact at the time of exchange either from store or online.
The online exchange process on average takes 7-10 working days.
We offer FREE pickup for customers who opt for the online exchange process.
