All repayments are completed online in the Yango app. You can use a mobile wallet (Easypaisa or JazzCash) or a bank card. Your due amount and payment date will be clearly shown before you confirm the payment.

Moreover, you can pay earlier than its due date in case you want to.

Returns are available for online orders. If the merchant approves your return, your payment plan will be updated, and any applicable payments will be refunded.

For purchases made in a store, please contact the store directly - your payment plan stays active until the merchant confirms the return.

Pay later is designed to be transparent. In some cases, a service fee may apply depending on your order — but you’ll always see the full amount before you confirm. No hidden charges, no surprises.

If the total purchase amount is higher than your available amount, the extra amount must be paid upfront as part of the first payment. The remaining amount within your limit is then divided into equal repayments.

If a payment is missed, your account and available amount for Pay later may be temporarily restricted until the overdue amount is paid.

Continued non-payment may affect your eligibility for future purchases.
